Important Documents & Forms

Be sure to hit submit at the end of each section. The medical release does not have a submit button and must be downloaded, printed, and signed by a notary. If you have multiple children attending, please fill out all forms on this page for one child, then reload the page for your second child. Chaperones must fill out the medical release form  and t-shirt form only.

Please let us know below of any medical info (including food allergies) that we should be aware of for your child. Also, please let us know if your child cannot swim since many of our activities do involve water. If you have no info to provide, you may skip this section. Please click submit when completed.

What To Bring

You Need to Bring...

  • Twin Bedding (Sheets, Blankets, Pillow. Sleeping Bag can also be used.)
  • Toiletries (Please consider deodorant if you are not using it already. Tight quarters. Sweaty children.)
  • Toothbrush and your kids fav toothpaste (Goal: No tears for spicy toothpaste in 2026! 😂)
  • Bible
  • Pajamas
  • Cool, comfy clothing
  • Swimsuit (Church camp appropritate. Will use everyday if you want to send more than one.)
  • Towels (Bath and Beach)
  • Flip Flops or Sandals (for beach and waterpark)
  • Tennis Shoes
  • Bag for Dirty/Wet Clothes
  • Sunscreen
  • Water Bottle
  • Medications (to be administered by our camp nurse)
  • Spending Money (more details below)

Beach Breakouts

Each day of camp we will have fun activities called Beach Breakouts. There's a little something for everyone! Check out the descriptions  below and choose your activities for the week!
  • Books & Breezes  - Relax on the beach and read a book together with Miss Belle! Age appropriate fiction provided!
  • Beach Blitz -  Beach sports central! Play one or play them all!
  • Soaring Shores - Fly a kite on the beach!
  • Seaside Studio - Create beach inspired  art, right on the beach!
  • Sand & Serve - Beach Volleyball!
  • Beach Bounce - Gaga Ball!
  • Beach Ballers - Basketball!
  • Coastal Charm - Create a personalized bag charm for your beach bag or backpack!
  • Splash Zone - Pool games!
  • Tide Dye - Create your own tie-dye beach towel!

Meet Our Camp Pastor

Nathan Daniels

Pastor Nathan is the lead pastor of FBC Ashville. He and his wife Jessica have three kids: Micah, Luke, and Lily Grace. Pastor Nathan works closely with the children's ministry of his church, inviting the children to join him each Sunday in big church for Pastor Pals where he leads them in a short kid friendly sermon. We are excited to welcome him to camp this year!
